What do you think?

There was a debate on the radio about comments that Gisele Bundchen, the wife of New England Patriots QB Tom Brady, was heard talking to a friend after being heckled by a fan; whether or not she was wrong to have said what she said. The dialogue goes as follows:

"Eli [Manning] rules! Eli owns your husband!" a fan is heard yelling to Gisele.

"My husband can't [expletive] throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time," she is heard saying.

Some agree with Mrs. Brady saying that she wasn’t wrong to defend her husband; others say that she was wrong to throw his teammates under the bus. What do you think?
First, let me say that under the first amendment, she can legally say anything that she wants to say as long as it doesn’t infringe on the rights of others. I agree that she should’ve stuck up for her husband, but I think that she could have worded it better to escape any backlash in the press. She could’ve said something along the lines of “The whole team played their best, and no one wins or loses by themselves”. I understand that emotions were running high and that she was probably upset, but being a supermodel and the wife of a QB playing in the Super Bowl, someone was bound to pay attention to what she was saying. Does that sound about right, what do you think?
On the other hand, why hasn't anyone talked about the comments that the fan made. Obviously, he’s not famous, so it wouldn’t go too far with him. But I ask you, why disrespect Brady’s wife in order to add insult to injury? Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a Patriot’s fan, I love the Washington Redskins (diehard), and I’m glad that a team from the NFC East was there to represent and win in the Super Bowl. But as a man, I think that the heckler displayed little class in trying to slight Mrs. Brady in an effort to shame her husband. Am I off target, what do you think?
In the end, Tom Brady and the Patriots come up short in this year’s Super Bowl, but they get to try again next season. At the end of the night, Tom Brady, not a winner in this season’s Super Bowl; goes home with Gisele Bundchen, the heckler probably just goes home. I don’t know, what do you think?

Yeah the fan was wrong here, but hey what can you do... he should have just walked away with the win instead he felt like harassing a woman that he would never ever have a chance with...  As for the game, at times I felt like she was right that the catching was terrible on the Pats side, then i would watch Brady throw an off pass that he would normally hit perfectly, we had our chances to win that game, and we didnt do it, we blew it when usually we dont... Its hard watching your team do so well during season play and then blow it year after year at the end.. That's the thing about football, one game one champion...... It was a team loss... As for her saying what she did, who cares, heat of the moment,  It's not like Bill said it...

I really can't believe any team would snapback hats wholesale reward a guy who quit as he did last snapbacks hats year...both on the field and in the locker room. What cheap new era hats does this say to the rest of the team? If you're good, we don't care what kind of teammate you are...Ya...I want to play there.
